Error when updating modem firmware TRB500

Hi everyone, i tried updating the modem firmware, because i have strange issues with the modem on the TRB500.

I tried following the guide from here: TRB500 modem update proceedure

It gives me the error: An unexpected error occurred
Modem firmware right now is still the old BETA version: RG501QEUAAR12A05M4G_OCPU_BETA_20211020D_04.001.00.000

I have the newest firmware: TRB500_R_00.07.09.3

Can you please guide me through the process of upgrading the modem. I only get the modem option under file → modem.
