Error message “Internal modem is unreachable” appears

Hello everyone,

I am running an RUTX50 with a German T-Mobile card and the firmware UTX_R_00.07.09.4. As soon as the router gets a little load in mobile operation, the mobile connection breaks down. The router then displays the message “Internal modem is unreachable”. After a restart, the same problem occurs again a short time later. It runs stably when idle, also with an external Internet source on the WAN port.

Could you please execute the lsusb command on your device via CLI and share the output here? It will help me determine if the modem is still recoverable or not.
