My SIM provider is T-Mobile. They have confirmed the SIM is active and transmitting. The status page for mobile shows cell tower information. The mob1s1a1 is not connecting, not working.
I have updated the firmware for the device and the modem. They show as up to date.
Thank you for the response, lemondude. I did what you suggested, but not much changed. Is the mobile network code 410 an issue? I know that T-Mobile is 260.
Thank you for sharing the screenshot.
Could you please try the steps provided here: Rut956 Operator state N/A Limited service - #3 by Marija and let me know if there are any changes or if you are still experiencing this issue?
I would like to also point out that the signal strength on the physical device never lights up. The light just moves between 2g, 3g, 4g, and never stops.
Have you properly connected the antennas at a 90-degree angle? Yes, the antennas are correctly installed and I have tried all positions.
Have you tried setting a custom APN? Yes, as I stated in the string, and can be seen answering lemondude, I have the APN for T-Mobile enteredd.
Have you tested the SIM card in a different device? Yes, I have plugged the SIM into an older phone, and I was able to access the web, browse Craigslist, and yes I was only using the sim data, not wi-fi on the phone.
Verify the IMEI Status:
There is a possibility that the device’s IMEI is blocked by the operator. Please confirm this with your cellular provider.
Check the PDP Type:
Go to Network → WAN → <mobile_interface> → Edit in the WebUI.
Under mobile interface settings, ensure the correct PDP type is selected based on your provider’s network requirements. The available options are:
IPv4
IPv4/IPv6
IPv6
Your provider may assign an IPv4, IPv6, or dual-stack IPv4/IPv6 address, so selecting the correct option is crucial.
