Connection problem with modem firmware SLM750-V_4.0.12_EQ101

Hi guys,

I have to open another topic, because this one has been closed without a solution:

(RUT241 - Mobile connection lost every hour)

It seems a problem with RUT241 and RUT951 models with internal modem firmware “SLM750-V_4.0.12_EQ101”.

Is it possible to reproduce the error in your environment?

Hi,

We haven’t been able to recreate this issue. Have you tried updating devices to the 7.7 version?

Additionally, how many devices are affected, Is there are location or any other parameter that connects those devices?
