How can I use Pi hole with the Rut950? I already have a Pi and Pihole is already installed.

The firmware of your RUT950 is ancient.
You want to upgrade to lastest version first:
Make sure to not tick “Keep Settings”.
But you will need to re-configure your box.
Reset again with the reset button method described here:
Press and hold the button for 15 seconds.
The easiest way would be to connect a LAN cable PC ↔ RUT950 (NOT to WAN port but any of the 3 LAN ports).
Set PC to obtain IP address automatically.
Turn off wireless on your PC if applicable.
If you connect everything properly, your RUT950 will assign an 192.168.1.xxx address to your PC and you can easily access 192.168.1.1

I understand and you’re right - you have a legacy device and version 06.09.5 is the latest for you 
Regarding your Pihole - did you see this post and guidance how to configure this?

And did you try DHCP-Option 6 [Pihole IP] as described in this article?
Asking as this field in your screenshots is always empty…
I have already done that. Unfortunately, the option to add the IP address of the Pi next to the number 6 is missing. I think that’s why it doesn’t work
Can you delete your browser cache
or
open 192.168.2.1 in a new private session

try a different browser
Try to enter 6,192.168.11.11
Unfortunately it does not work. The DNS must be added manually in the settings of the PC. With the Iphone, however, it does not seem to work to insert the IP address from the Pi.
