Ho comprato un router rut956. Quali sono i passaggi per configurare gli SMS che inviino 1 comando al relè e dopo che reinvii un SMS con lo stato del comando? Grazie

Buongiorno, si, questo messaggio è simile al precedente in quanto non riuscivo a capire se il messaggio vi era arrivato. Ne approfitto per chiedervi perché quando scrivo il messaggio di testo non mi accetta gli spazi.

Buongiorno Vilio, grazie per le risposte. Sto combattendo col router da 4 giorni senza risultato. Ora ti spiego. I messaggi da configurare sono 4 ma te ne riassumo uno.

Il gestore energetico ci chiede obbligatoriamente questo messaggio in questo formato: Distacco utenza POD.

a questo messaggio deve seguire un comando di apertura di un contatto per togliere alimentazione all impianto fotovoltaico. A seguire dovrà tornare in automatico un SMS di risposta con il seguente SMS: utenza POD distaccata. Gli SMS sono tutti senza password per qualsiasi numero ricevuto.

Alle mie prove questo SMS comanda il distacco però a volte torna il messaggio di risposta e spesso non risponde. Dopo il primo messaggio funzionante i successivi a volte arrivano ma non comandano e non rispondono. Ho provato a sostituire SIM con una funzionante ma anche in quel caso funziona a singhiozzo. Considera che la SIM che sto usando è una SIM con contratto business con 500Sms e il resto illimitato. Altro problema quando configuro l’ SMS non mi accetta gli spazi tra un carattere e l’altro. Inoltre devo configurare anche degli ingressi ed anche lì alle mie prove non danno risposta. Grazie per il tuo contributo

Thank you for the details.

1. Spaces not accepted in the trigger text
   This is by design - the SMS trigger keyword must be a single unbroken string, spaces are not supported. We recommend agreeing on a compact trigger with your energy manager (e.g., “DistaccoPOD”).

2. Intermittent execution and missing auto-reply
   Please check the following in Services → Mobile Utilities → SMS Utilities → Edit on your rule:

• Enable “Send reply message” and set the desired reply text in the “Message text” field - this is not active by default.
• Set Authorization to “No authorization” and Allowed numbers to “All”.
• Check Services → Mobile Utilities → Storage — a full SMS inbox can cause missed commands. The router clears read messages every 60 seconds, but rapid consecutive messages can temporarily fill it.

3. Digital inputs not responding
   Input triggers are managed in a separate section: Services → Input/Output (I/O Juggler), not in SMS Utilities. This is where you define actions - including sending an SMS - based on input state changes.
