Any updates on the 5G NSA?

Hey!

I have had an TRB 500 for about an year now.

Really great device, but it doesn’t seem to work with 5G NSA? I have posted several times on these forums (both; new and old) about this.

Hey! First, a bit of backstory if you want to read it:

Backstory

For an year now, I have had some problems with my TRB500 with 5G NSA (still though, 4G is very stable) Basically always, my device just would not connect to the “5G” network, which is weird. We posted this on the old forum, and even got my ISP on the call and got an update that the “7.5” version would fix this… Maybe around 6 months later, I asked again; could not get it to work even then. So… here I am asking again!

I don’t want to return this device and really like Teltonika as an company, however could somebody of your engineers help me with this?

If this is already fixed, what should I do?
