ZeroTier stuck on REQUESTING_CONFIGURATION

I’m trying to set up ZeroTier on a Teltonika router in passthrough mode to be able to reach the router web UI remotely. I’ve followed this guide:

https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/ZeroTier_Configuration

However, when I check with zerotier-cli listnetworks, it’s stuck on REQUESTING_CONFIGURATION.

Hi ehn,

Welcome to Teltonika Networks Community!

I believe you have the same query with this crowd: Zerotier network issue

Let me know if this helps.

Regards,

Did you authorize your router in ZeroTier web interface?

ZeroTier Configuration - Teltonika Networks Wiki

Maybe? He is trying to set up a route to his internal network, though. I’m just trying to reach the Teltonika router over ZeroTier.

Yes, I did. Doesn’t help, unfortunately.

Hi,

Can you share your Zerotier configuration? Kindly share the output of zerotier-cli info. Just blur the Network ID.

Regards,

I’m not at the site and can’t access the router at the moment, unfortunately. I’ll check next time. But I followed the guide, so it should be just like that.

As stated on this link, sometimes you need to change the zerotier subnet to establish connectivity. Kindly do the same and let me know the results.

Regards,

Ok. I don’t have access to the device right now. I’ll try next time I’m onsite.

Is there a reason why the ZeroTier subnet has to be changed? I haven’t had to do that on any other ZeroTier installation. I have a number of things referring to the current ZeroTier addresses. Sure, I should probably use DNS for that, but anyway, it would be nice not to have to change the subnet.
