Wrong username and/or Password

I have problems entering my new RUT241
192.168.1.1

I enter
username: admin
Password: admin01

and get the message:
Invalid username and/or password! Please try again.

What to do?

Password is not “admin01” anymore.
You can find it on the sticker on the bottom of your device.

As mentioned by TeWe, the default password “admin01” is no longer used for all devices. Each device now has a unique default password, which you can find on the sticker at the bottom of the device.

Have a new problem:
Connection State:

Failure (Failed to resolve hostname)

Make sure your DNS settings are correct and RMS configuration should look like this:

Watch out for correct URL.

This issue often arises when the device doesn’t have an internet connection.

Could you please connect to your device via CLI, execute the command ping 8.8.8.8, and check if the pings are successful? Use “root” as the username and the same password as in WebUI.
