Wireguard Config and UCI

Is it possible to add Allowed IPs to a wireguard configuration via SMS and UCI?

I have a new Zabbix Proxy server and need to add the new IP to about 20 devices. If I can do it by SMS and UCI that would be cool. Or even via RMS en masse?
