What's the setting for using RUTX11 for sending SMS out?

I can use post/get to send sms on RUT360 with “http://192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/sms_send?username=***&password=***&number=***&text=***”. But the same method could not work on RUTX11.

What’s the step to set up RUTX11 for sending SMS with a similar URL?
