and found that port 1720 , why its open , what his purpose ?
can i closed it ?

Installed 7.06.1 FW on my own RUT240, but didn’t reproduce your issue.

Port 1720 is

H.323 Call signalling (Official)

according to IANA

Maybe a VoIP phone or a similar device which
talks UPnP to the router?

@WuzzerS What’s the output of the following command - netstat -ntulp? Can you see what service is using port 1720?
