Warranty procedure

Dear Sir or Madam,
A RUTX50, purchased from Reichelt on 23.12.2022
can after approx. 1.5 years of temporary use
no longer establish a reliable connection to the internal
GSM modem (error message), how is the warranty processing
at Teltonika? By the way, we have a 2nd RUTX50 device in use,
still works perfectly.

For warranty repairs, I would advise you contacting us via HelpDesk, if you do not have access to it, then contact your Sales Manager via which you have bought the device or if you have bought through a vendor - Contact your vendor for further assistance with the RMA procedure.
