Why is RX on the second choice active?
Likely because your mobile interface has an IPv6 address. Even if the interface is lower priority, most applications prefer IPv6 over IPv4, thus this interface sees most traffic. If you don’t need IPv6, just change the PDP type on the mobile interface to IPv4-only
