WAN connected via Wifi? (RUTX50)

I noticed that on the back of my router there are 4 led under the nomination of WAN:

I didn’t realise I can connect the router to Internet via WiFi ? SIM1/SIM2 I understand. Same for Ethernet WAN connection but how is it done via WiFi?

What if I connect a RUTX50 to a hotspot of an iPhone or WiFi network of another router (Not RUTX)?
