VPN through RUT200

Hello,

I have a product: A.
I have a PC: B.
I have a mobile phone (C) with a SIM card (D)
I have a RUT200: E
I have a SIM card: F

1st setting:
The mobille phone (C) is connected to the PC (B) to share the internet connection with SIM card D.
The product (A) can mount a VPN on the internet.
It works with SIM card D and mobile phone

2nd setting:
The RUT200 (E) share the internet connection with SIM Card F
The product (A) can mount a VPN on the internet
It works with SIM card F and RUT200

3rd setting:
I only change the SIM card.
The RUT200 (E) share the internet connection with SIM card D
The product (A) can not mount a VPN on the internet.
The internet is working, but not the VPN.
It doesn’t work with SIM Card D and RUT200

I think it’s a firewall issue or something like that. Can you help me ?

Could you please confirm if your SIM card D has a public IP for the OpenVPN connection?

Once the issue occurs, please navigate to System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot in the WebUI. Then, click Show next to system.logs and check if there are any errors or logs related to the OpenVPN connection.
