Vpn rms 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255

For my network design I need a vpn in the space 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255. When I setup the vpn with these settings:
VIRTUAL NETWORK IP ADDRESS 10.0.0.0
VIRTUAL NETWORK NETMASK 255.0.0.0
The VPN is starting up, but it keeps saying that it is starting, but it never does.
I am not able to see any logs or to debug the problem.
Other setting that doesn’t work:
VIRTUAL NETWORK IP ADDRESS 10.0.0.0
VIRTUAL NETWORK NETMASK 255.248.0.0
Setting that works
VIRTUAL NETWORK IP ADDRESS 10.0.0.0
VIRTUAL NETWORK NETMASK 255.255.0.0
Can somebody tell me, is this a bug? Or am I doing something wrong?

Could you provide more details as to get a better idea ? Like the type of VPN you are using currently ?

Hi, it is in RMS, so it is an OpenVPN. It’s called RMS VPN Hub.
