We’re using a VPN-Hub with one of our routers (a RUT955, Firmware Version: RUT9_R_00.07.04.5). The VPN is completely unusable. It keeps disconnecting every few seconds see the logs…
The router itself has excellent cell-reception (-58db) and everything else in the RMS works flawlessly (connection to the Router’s Webserver, but also things like Remote Connect).
Any Idea what’s wrong with the VPN?
We have a program that retrieves data every 10 Minutes, if we’re lucky it’s successful once every 3-6 hours. As I said above, it’s unusable in this state.
I am using the openVPN config as downloaded from the RMS-WebUI. It’s running on Windows Server 2019 using OpenVPN 2.5.8.
