VPN Hub with two routers?

Is i possible to set up an VPN hub as follows?
Router A IP 192.168.2.1
Router B IP 192.168.1.1

The from a computer connected to LAN on router A and reach a unit connected to LAN on router B without using Open VPN?

Explore Wiregard as this is perfectly possible if (at a simplistic level) ….

A) Both routers support wireguard, and ideally both have a Public IP.

OR ….

B) Router B supports Wireguard, has a Public IP, and the PC attached to router A, uses the Wireguard App and initiates the tunnel connection.

If you don’t have a Public IP on at least one of the routers, then you’ll have to use a VPN Relay Service, such as Tailscale or others.

Other VPN’s, or VPN relay services, are available .

I’m assuming A & B are different locations, and you have discounted RMS. Why isn’t OpenVPN an option for you?

If on a Private Network or both routers have Public IPs, then GRE or GRE / IPSEC is a another viable option - although it may seem daunting at first, if a networking novice, but it’s not really.

Greetings,

Many thanks to @Mike for providing his input. Has your question been resolved, or would you like any further assistance with the setup or anything else?

Best Regards,
Justinas
