The problem is that from Teltonika I cannot ping Fortigate. Below I paste the configuration I have created. What am I doing wrong?
Teltonika configuration:
VPN Hub configuration:
Routing Table:
ARP:

As you can see, I see ARP Fortigate on Teltonika.
Traceroute:

Ping:

Fortigate configuration:

ARP:
As you can see there is no ARP.
Hello, @krzysztofm ,
I’d like to confirm something - on the GMS device itself, in the WebUI, under Network → Firewall → Zones, do you have LAN Masquerading enabled for all of the available zones in the list? The one we wanna pay attention to the most is the LAN => WAN zone as seen here:
Make sure that the masquerading option is enabled and kindly try to ping your FortiGate again.
You can also confirm whether the RUT device can see the fortigate by downloading the Topology package under System → Package manager, and after installation heading to Status → Network → Topology and pressing Scan LAN. In the below list, the fortigate should be visible, and, obviously, should be pingable from the RUT device.
Let me know if you succeed.
M.
I checked and this is what it looks like in my GUI.
After scanning, I do not see any device.
Is it right that I now tick this LAN Masquerading box?
Should I enable this option or leave it disabled?
Looks to be a completely separate issue, then. I think we need to first tackle the fact that the GMS device doesn’t see the Fortigate in its LAN at all. Once we’re able to make it visible, only then would we be able to see whether the VPN Hub works properly or not.
Do you have physical access to both of these devices at the moment, or are they located somewhere remotely?
Could you also double-check Network → Ports → Port settings to see if the port that the FortiGate is connected to shows as “Connected” or anything at all? Should look something like this:
Regards,
M.
It is connected. Yes I have phisical access to both devices.
Interesting. I’ve sent you a form to fill out so we can continue communication through emails, as we’ll need some more information regarding this from you. In the “ticket ID” field please enter the thread number 13720
Will be waiting for you,
M.
