There is 1 post already regarding this issue but the following;
When we want to connect through remote access, and than connect using VNC, we only see a black screen appear and no actual screen. This is only happening since recently, since the beginning of this week. NLA has been checked and creating a new remote access VNC session didnt resolve it.
Kindly look into this matter since we are not the only ones experiencing this issue.
We are experiencing the same issue here.
VNC access via “Remote Access” is no longer working.
Direct VNC Viewer connections work fine.
It used to work, but stopped functioning about two weeks ago.
@Teltonika: Have you made any changes to VNC access via Remote Access?
I believe I have identified a reproducible pattern related to this issue, as well as a temporary workaround.
The behavior seems to be linked to the combination of Windows display scaling and browser zoom level.
To avoid duplicating the same investigation across several threads, I have posted the full details, test results and workaround here:
If you are experiencing the same black/white screen issue with RMS Remote Access VNC, please have a look at this post and, if possible, confirm whether you can reproduce the same behavior.
It would probably be useful to centralize further findings on that thread so Teltonika can investigate the issue more easily.
