Using TRB246 without mobile antenna

We are using a Teltonika TRB246 to send data from RS485 sensors to the Azure IoT Hub.

In this situation we don’t use 4G, but use the ethernet port as the WAN connection.
We don’t install a simcard and the mobile WAN interfaces (mob1s1sa1, mob1s2a1) are disabled.

Is it OK to run the TRB246 without the mobile antenna? Or can this cause damage to the modem and the rest of the TRB246?

If you have configured the LAN port as the WAN on your TRB246 and it’s using a wired WAN connection, it is perfectly fine to run the device without the mobile antennas connected.
