Urgent: RUT240 Recovery Firmware Needed (RUT240_R_00.01.14.7.bin)

Hello Teltonika Support,

I am currently unable to operate my RUT240 device due to firmware instability. The bootloader requires the raw recovery image, but I cannot find:

RUT240_R_00.01.14.7.bin

The only publicly available version is _WEBUI.bin, which the bootloader rejects with a checksum error.

Could you please provide the factory/raw recovery firmware so I can restore the device via bootloader?

This is urgent as the device is currently non-functional.

Have you try a very old bin files?

Marcelo, thanks very much indeed. Will have a go tomorrow. I made the mistake of upgrading a rut240 to the latest version. It worked but only briefly. The challenge has been reversing the upgrade to get things working again until the newer routers arrive. Rut240’s to be consigned to the bin thereafter. Richard
