I would like to provide an update to my previous report.
Device: Router 5G Wi-Fi 7 ALTOS model: CAP700
Firmware: CAP7_R_00-07.23.4
ISP: Telekom.de (Germany), 5G NSA with Carrier Aggregation (LTE B3/B8/B32 + 5G n78)
Update:
I have performed a direct firmware upgrade from 07.23.2 to 07.23.4, skipping version 07.23.3, due to the important CVE Patches included in 07.23.4 .
Result:
No streaming interruptions have been observed on the Samsung Smart TV since the upgrade.
This strongly suggests that the root cause of the issue was a bug introduced in firmware version 07.23.3, which was not present in 07.23.2 and appears to have been resolved - or at least not reintroduced - in 07.23.4 .
