Hello, I am experiencing unwanted data use on my Teltonika RUT955 device. I have resettled the device to factory settings but data use continues despite no users connected to the device. I have a second RUT955 unit with the same settings which behaves completely normal. I have also created a troubleshooting file which I can not upload here as a new user.
Anybody able to offer some advice?

This is very unusual, especially for a factory-reset device to show this behavior. Are you sure you performed a factory reset? To do so, you need to hold the reset button for 12-20 seconds by default. Additionally, the traffic might be coming from an end device and not the router itself (the device you are connecting to the router with). In the end, you can try taking a backup from another RUT955, applying it to the faulty one, and checking if it helps.
