Unstable VPN - and some support


I have a number of gateways (TRB140 and RUTX50) set up over a VPN (OPENVPN) over the VPN Hub in RMS.

The VPN is unstable though - it disconnects every 20 - 30 seconds.

How do I get some support with this? There dies not seem to be any way to contact Teletonika for help despite spending lots of money on equipment!


Did you make any changes to the VPN configurations?

Firstly, please check the internet connectivity and ensure that it is stable, without any disconnects of packet loss.

Secondly, try to delete and recreate a VPN Hub. I would also recommend trying a different VPN Hub server to see if it is more stable in your case.
