Hello, Support, I have three modems; below are the product codes of the modems. The first two modems have unreachable internal modems, as shown in the screenshot. And the last product code modem is not establishing a cellular connection despite the SIM card working in another router of the same make. Kindly assist in resolving these issues.
Could you connect to these devices via CLI/SSH and provide the output of the lsusb command?
Additionally, as mentioned in the comment above, try upgrading your devices to the latest RutOS firmware (if feasible without “Keep Settings”) and check if the issue persists.
Hello, I have tried updating with the latest firmware, but the “unreahcbale internal modem issue doesn’t go away.” See the screenshots I have shared, I have run the lsusb command via SSH/CLI and the output for RUT951 and RUT950 is shown in the screenshots shared. The second RUT950 modem does not light up the Connection status LED or the Signal strength LEDs, and does not connect to WEB UI via celluar network, I tried getting into bootloader, all the LEDS flash as they should and the Signal strength LEDs come on at this time but the WEB UI is not reachable via the browser or SHH. Kindly assist to troubleshoot as there are more routers with these issues, these are just samples.
