Unknown error occurred while trying to fetch VPN hub session list

Communicate “Unknown error occurred while trying to fetch VPN hub session list” is displayed when trying to connect to any VPN hub since tomorrow morning (maybe earlier but I have no report from Sunday).

What happens? Why the VPN hubs are not available today? Another update or something? When this problem will end?
