Unable to renew user certificate, renewal attempted too early

Hello,

On my VPN Hub/Clients I want to renew the device and rms user certificate because it’s been too long I haven’t use those.

I have bought and affected 150Gb to the RUTX12.

I have the following error message when I click on ‘renew certificate’ : Unable to renew user certificate, renewal attempted too early

Any idea ?

Apologies for the delayed response, are you still experiencing the issues with certificate renewal?

What is your VPN Hubs server location?

Are you not able to download the User configuration files either?
