Hello everyone,
We are encountering an issue with Teltonika RMS regarding VPN Hub removal. And we observed two cases happening.
1st case:
- All devices and clients were successfully unassigned from the hub.
- The VPN Hub was then disabled.
Despite the above steps, we are unable to delete the VPN Hub.
Every attempt to remove it results in a failure (a timeout message appears or just a fail message).
2nd case:
- We are unable to unassign devices and clients from the VPN hub. Furthermore, disabling the hub fails as well and the message: ‘‘Toggle VPN hub fails’’ appears.
When we try it to remove it as a hub in total, it fails as well as the 1st case dictates.
My questions on these are the following:
- Are there any hidden dependencies (e.g., residual configs, routes, certificates, or RMS-side bindings) that could prevent deletion?
- Is this a known issue or limitation within RMS?
- Are there additional steps required to fully release a VPN Hub before deletion?
Any insights or similar experiences would be appreciated.
