Unable to connect to RMS

We are not able to connect a RUT951 to RMS.

Credits is available and service enabled. Latest firmware, tried unregister & reregister several times but not working.

The issue might be that this device was added to a different company. To connect it to another RMS account, you should enter the ‘Authentication code’ from RMS into the WebUI.
