I have been able to access he router prior to reboot. But it will not allow any access to log back in. I have tried the password that was provided as well as the new password which was set.
I have also performed a factory reset on the router and again unable to access.
When I was in it previously, there was an error with the RMS page. It kept saying it did not exist so could not set that up. We have tried connecting via different devices in case it was my system, but again this has not worked.
Since you’ve already attempted a factory reset, there is one more option you can consider. As a final step, you may try reinstalling the firmware using the bootloader menu. This process fully reinstalls the software and removes any previous configurations or corrupted settings that may be causing the issue.
