I have a load of RUT950’s that I have changed the data sims in, but the UI is not properly showing when I connect on a url to allow me to log in and change the setting. Can anyone advise on how to resolve this please? I have tried factory resetting the units but have had no luck

Before doing any drastic changes, such as resets or firmware updates - please try to access the device via SSH.
After successfully logging on, try entering the following command:
/etc/init.d/uhttpd restart
After entering the command, try to access the WebUI again, you may also try doing so via an Incognito window on your browser.
Now if the solution above does not work, you may try and reset the device via the Bootloader menu
What this will do, is it will give the device a hard-reset and also will upgrade (or rewrite) the firmware. This usually fixes most of the issues with the devices.
