New to this brand, I have received this morning my modem.
After a thousand of update, the modem has been connected to my external antenna, I do have a 5G connection.
When doing a speed test on it, I do have the right values.
I haven’t touch anything on the internal firewall. I have change the APN value to “internet4”, I have the right public IP number.
But I do not have internet when connecting my device to my UDM-SE on the WAN port.
On the modem when MOB1S1A1 has type: mobile, IP: xxxxx, APN: internet4 the WAN (wired eth1, IP, dns and GW are empty) is always down.
Could you please let me know if any of the LEDs (green or orange) on your RUTX50 light up when you insert an Ethernet cable into the router’s WAN port?
This will help us determine whether the physical connection is being recognized.
I have made it working but not using the WAN port on this modem.
It never work with this port, even if it was linked. I had to use the “use WAN port as LAN” .
On the lan interface:
default IP
Use WAN port as a LAN
Enable dhcp4
Advanced settings:
force link ON
Physical settings:
-Bridge ON
Interface: eth0 and 1
