Turn off Internet access for a host

We have a Rutx11 installed on our boat and are using Starlink for Internet access.

When we are crossing oceans, data can get expensive due to a couple servers that run (large backups, etc). We still need those servers to running for local use.

Is there a way in the router to shut off Internet access for a client but still allow local access?

If it matters, Starlink is connected through Ethernet to the Rutx11.

You can block particular client by firewall on RUTX11, you need lookup to Network → Firewall → Traffic Rules.
