I plan to use the following configuration on a TSW212 switch.
Port 1 - VLAN10 and VLAN20
Port 2 and 3 - VLAN10
Port 4 and 5 - VLAN20
Routing between VLANs is provided by an external router.
If I understand correctly, I should:
Define VLAN10 with tagged ports 1, 2, and 3
Define VLAN20 with tagged ports 1, 4, and 5
What should I do with the default VLAN1?
Is there anything else I should change in the default configuration?
Do I need to define ports for each VLAN?

Your approach is correct, you simply need to create the new VLANs and assign the appropriate tagged ports, as shown in the image below.
Regarding VLAN 1, you can leave it in its default state. You may deselect the ports if needed, just ensure that the trunk port remains selected as untagged.
