TSW202 SFP 100Mb (155Mbps) Modules - any news?

Hey there,

I saw that there is already a similar / the same topic, but due too fast autoclosed and no chance to reply / reopen these topics (will this be changed in the future??) I push this again:

When will it be possible to support those modules? It is a huge dealbreaker, to offer the Switch as an Industrial Device, but not even able to manager 100Mbit Modules, which are 90-99% used in industrial networks, due to network length and costs.
Please keep in mind, 99% of Industrial Protocols like PROFINET rely on 100Mbit Network! No need for 1 Gbit.

Ah i just posted few hours the same now i see your topic, which i could reply for the same. I used configurable SFP Modules, it has nothing todo with the brand. It is an implemention thing. I have also a strange behavior, when I put the 155 Mbit/s module inside SFP1, nothing is happening, tjhe other site is not recognizing any LWL Signal. When i put the transceiver modul in SFP2, the other site recognize a “Link” (LED indicator is green and ON), but not teltonika TSW2X2

Thank you for reaching out regarding the support for 100Mbit fiber SFP modules.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer these modules. However, our R&D team is aware of this need and is working on it. Preliminary plans indicate that support for 100Mbit modules should be added to the TSW with the TSWOS 1.4 firmware release, expected by the end of this year.
