TSW202 PoE problem

Hi to everyone,

At a customer we have installed some TSW202 switches, and so far we have not had any problems. From today one of these switches has problems on the poe part. The problem is that it does not display any kind of information on the poe consumption of the ports, and two of the three connected devices are not powered.
The tests carried out were:

  1. Firmware downgrade (from 1.02.2 to 1.02.1);
  2. Configuration reset;
    Is it possible to check from the shell if the PoE part is working correctly?

Have you isolated each of the non-working device? Can you try to connect it to other ports of TSW202?

For CLI, you can see power budget for each port using this command cat /etc/config/poe.
