I have a TAP200 WiFi AP with one SSID and management configured to VLAN 10.
When connected to a Cisco router (with PoE ports) it works perfectly and I can access from management interface and have internet access on the SSID.
When connected to a TSW101 switch, which in turn is connected to the router, it becomes unaccessible.
Is the TSW101 switch messing with the VLAN tagging?
Thanks

We’ve got an open ticket for a known issue where the TAP200 passes management traffic on the wrong VLAN.
But, the TSW101 isn’t a managed/vlan aware switch

Hello,
Unfortunately, the TSW101 is an unmanaged switch, and Layer 2 unmanaged switches forward traffic based solely on MAC addresses. Unlike routers, unmanaged switches do not modify any part of the packet, so tagged VLAN frames remain unaltered.
If you require a managed switch, we recommend the TSW202 (TSW202 PoE+ managed Ethernet Switch ) or the TSW212 (TSW212 L2 Managed Ethernet Switch ).
Best regards,
