I am experiencing issues with a particular mobile device connecting to a RUTX50. I am attempting to troubleshoot the issue but cannot find anyway to set a debug level etc. The manual doesn’t seem to contain any actual technical information. Can someone point me in the right direction please?
You can download a troubleshoot file from the WebUI by navigating to System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot. There, you will find all the necessary information for troubleshooting, including logs.
