Troubleshooting Serial Communication Issues with Teltonika TRM200 Devices on Linux

Hello,

I have several Teltonika TRM200 devices and I have the following issue with them. After a random period of time, the communication with the serial port stops, and I can no longer send AT commands. I am using Linux on Raspberry PI5, and I see the ports in /dev/ttyUSB*, but when I connect via microcom, it does not allow me to send AT commands, and I cannot type anything into the terminal.

If I restart the USB using usbreset, it works for a while, but then it fails again. Does anyone have any idea what this could be caused by? The only thing that appears in the log is: [ 461.069992] usb 3-1: USB disconnect, device number 4[ 461.070127] rndis_ho - Pastebin.com

Hello,

Could you please tell me what specific commands you are sending that make the device experience this issue?

Regards,
M.
