Im having little trouble to establish connection via IPsec L2TP. I have been using this guide

By the way i have successfuly created like 2000 vpn connections before so there is no option for error. I have followed this guide step by step.
I keep getting error on windows while trying to connect:
The L2TP connection attempt failed because security layer could not negotiate compatible parameters with the remote computer
PPTP Connection works fine.
I use DDNS and im also on the newest 07.07 hardware.
On logs there is only every 30 seconds an error:
