I am trying to initiate circuit-switched (CS) voice/GSM call using TRM250 with ATD+mobilenumber but getting ERROR. Regarding the TRM250 AT commands documentation ATD is supported. Sending SMS, ot network connection works fine.
ATI shows:
Quectel

Hello,
Unfortunately, the Quectel BG96 modem used in the TRM250 is a data-only module and does not support circuit-switched (CS) voice calls. While AT commands like ATD
may be listed in generic command sets, voice functionality isn’t available on this hardware.
Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Thank you for your reply.
So I have a question which model from your offer supports CS voice calls ?
BR
Hello,
Most modems that support 3G connectivity typically also support CS voice calling. Personally, I’ve tested this functionality using the ATD<number>;
command on the following devices: TRM200 (MeiG SLM770A), RUTX50 (Quectel RG501Q-EU), RUT956 (MeiG SLM750VE)
In all cases, CS voice calling was working as expected.
Best regards,
Thank you for your hint
