TRM240 eSIM support

Is there a way to manage eSIM-compatible SIM card (i.e. ESTKme) with tools like lpac (GitHub - estkme-group/lpac: C-based eUICC LPA · GitHub) installed in TRM240?

Searching the net I can find that Quectel EC21 should support it but it seems that needed functionality is somehow disabled on TRM240.
