I’ve been having some issues with the TRB501 as stated in other topics with the modem crashing daily and the need for restart. Support had reached out to in order to upgrade the modem firmware of my device two weeks ago and I filled the form (ID is 16039-3). Since then even though I sent an email again no one has reached out so we can proceed…
The other problem I am facing is when I put the WAN in bridge mode the performance drops dramatically and I only see speeds of about 200 Mbps whereas NAT is usually 600 Mbps. I’ve seen these issues on the TRB500 but its still not fixed on the 501?
