Could you please let me know which modem firmware version is currently installed on your TRB501?
If the modem firmware version is RG520NEBDCR03A01M4G , please update the modem firmware using these instructions Modem Firmware Update guide for TRB501 RG520NEBDC and let me know whether this helps resolve the issue.
