TRB501 cannot connect with 5G N78 of TELEKOM.DE

I have a TRB501 with actual Firmware (TRB501_R_00.07.23).
I have a SIM-card from TELEKOM.
I tested the simcard with an iphone = Network is 5G N78 with ok coverage (see 1st picture below).

When I insert the same SIM into a factory cleared TRB501 it cannot connect to the TELEKOM network (MCC/MNC = 26201). It seems to try to connect to the VODAFONE network (MCC/MNC = 26202)
(see 2nd picture below)

When I do an operator scan, the TELEKOM network is found. (see 3rd picture below)

It does not help to set the APN manually + set IPv4 + set the operator to 26201 manually.

The SIM-card is from a subsidiary of TELEKOM. Could it be that the SIM-card is not detected to be a TELEKOM SIM-card? ( see 2nd picture : SIM card Provider N/A)

Is there a chance that this can be changed by TELTONIKA? Otherwise I have to return the device to the Distributor. I cannot use a SIM-card from a different PROVIDER. We have data contracts.

Could you please clarify the modem firmware version? You can find it under Status → System
You can find it under Status → System

Are you using the correct APN settings? Have you verified them with the subsidiary company?

Please go to Network → Mobile → Connection and change the 5G mode to NSA. Does this make any difference?

On the same page, try setting the preferred network type to 4G Only. Do you get an internet connection in that case?

Meanwhile I have updated the MODEM firmware. It’s now:

Now 5G NSA seems to work.
Carrier aggregation is only stable when I select bands manually.

I couln’t check 5G SA.
