I’m using a TRB501 on the Telekom network with a 5G NSA connection. I noticed that for the 5G bands, the RSSI value always shows N/A, while LTE still displays an RSSI value normally. Other metrics such as RSRP, RSRQ, and SINR are displayed correctly and the connection itself works fine.
What makes me think this may be firmware-related is that the issue started after updating beyond TRB501_R_00.07.20. I do not remember seeing this behavior on earlier firmware versions. Since then, RSSI for 5G NR consistently shows N/A.
I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. Could someone confirm whether this is expected behavior for newer firmware versions? Was RSSI intentionally removed/not exposed for 5G NR, or could this be a regression/UI issue introduced after TRB501_R_00.07.20?

I sent the requested information one day after you posted your message in this thread, but I have not heard anything back since then and have not received any update.
The issue is still present, even after updating to firmware version 07.23.6. I also tried to update the modem firmware, but the modem firmware update fails on my device.
Could you please check if my information was received and provide an update on this issue?
