TRB500 Unreachable

Hello
I have a TRB500 with 5G sim. It worked fine for a while, but yesterday the TRB500 suddenly was unreachable with internet-traffic, ping and webui. Powered off/on, same issue. I tried to reset, and still unreachable.
3G,4G and 5G led blinking, and ethernet led blinking.
When running apr -a from windows pc cmd, 182.168.2.1 is listed.
Request timed out, when trying to ping it.
I have isolated the PC, a switch and the TRB500, and tried both fixed IP and DHCP on the computer. I have also tried without the switch between. No other devices on the network. I do get DHCP ip adresses from the TRB500.
Any suggestions to fix this ?

Have you attempted to connect with a USB cable? With my Mac this worked seamlessly. A new network device appeared and I was able to connect to the GUI and with SSH.

Thanks. this is interesting. Tried to connect with a USB from my mac now, but it does not get a connection. Any tips ? I have a USB network connection, but it does not connect

A new USB-cables made me log on to the TRB500.
It says Internal Interface (Unreachable).
Tried to reboot, reset etc, but still same problem.

Any suggestions how to fix the interface ?

Hello,

Is the issue with the ethernet port?

If so, could you execute ‘ifconfig’ from System → CLI? Username ‘root’, password is the same one you use for WebUI.

Also, can you view the System logs in System → Administration → Troubleshoot? If possible, could you share the logs here? Before posting it here, make sure you hide any sensitive information that may be present in the logs.

Kind Regards,

Hello,

It seems like a hardware failure. Could you check your PSU? If there are no issues with PSU, then I would recommend that you reach out to your designated sales manager or the reseller from whom you acquired the device in to initiate an RMA procedure. You can find more information abour RMA here.

Kind Regards,

Hi
Thanks, I will try to change PSU, and send to reseller if not solved.
Thanks,
Best regards, Espen
