Hi
I just recently upgraded my old 4G Huawei modem to a TRB500. My setup is as followes:
TRB500 → Unifi Gateway → Unifi Switch → AP Pro (V5 believe it is). And this is managed by a Unifi CloudKey. Has been good and reliable setup but needed some more speed.
Was happy with the upgrade which was quite straight forward. Now my devices connected to the WiFi can get about 450Mbps down and 60-70Mbps up. BUT, one of my PC (company PC) is caped at 56Mbps…and I cant figure out where it comes from. When I by pass the wifi system and plugg my PC straight to Modem or straigt to Gateway and/or Switch, I will get about 200-400 Mbps on it. Had no cap before with the old Modem and could have anythign from 40-115 Mbps on a 4G connection.
What am I missing? Does feel like the modem is doing something, but where could/should I start looking? Have been playing with network drivers, wifi system, firewalls and nothing helps. So going down this modem route to see if any of you peeps might know better.
my first guess is the PC or wifi, but havent been able to find anything unusuall in them.
